Hey guys. I lost around 12 kg in the past 6 months by controlling my diet and doing exercise mainly jogging. The only problem is that the fat around my chest(man breast) is not going. I feel embarrassed about it. Does these go from doing exercises or i have to find alternative to get rid of them.
Thnx

As you continue to lose fat, your body will determine where it gets lost but in general it will apply evenly across your body. For men, the tummy is the last thing to lose so you'll lose it in your breasts beforehand. If you use a BMI calculator you can see how close you are to healthy weight. At BMI 20 or even 22 you should not have breasts. Your fat-loss journey should continue.
If your fat-loss stalls you check that you are in a deficit, that you are not eating too many calories for your needs.
That said, let's look at "composition" - what proportion of your body is fat and what is non-fat (which includes things like bones and muscles). As you challenge your body with some resistance training, you improve your composition. Two people who are the same height and weight but different composition will look rather different. One might look fat and round whilst the other have attractive muscles, so the number on the scales does not tell the whole story.
there's a good tutorial to read - link is top left
