I work for a company that's being bought out, and the management is running around like headless chickens- either to sabotage the company and the takeover or to save their own skin. I'm grateful to have a job and all, but the insanity and the pressure of trying to keep the job until either the merger's done or I collect my severance package are making for an extremely stressful year. Is there a way to cut down on the cortisol so it doesn't stall me out?

Hmm, maybe it has sense to change your reaction to the stress?

I had the same problem and found this guy's video. Check it out. lifarre.com/hormones/protocol1.htm

The more we stress (whether it's work, relationship related, whatever), the more it spikes our big hormones like cortisol and the more it takes a toll on our body.
