Hi guys, I hope few of you remember me, I?é??ve been so busy lately finding a job and finally ive found one for 3 months, a recepcionist in a 5star hotel in palma, im finding it really dificult, so many things to do and to remember, i feel completely lost at work.
Since ive been working ive just been so tired and also ive had a really big appetite, I eat a lot of rubbish when I?é??m home. I?é??ve noticed that I?é??m getting loads of spots on my forehead and my cellulite is worse than ever, also my thighs have grown a lot,
I?é??ve gone from doing nothing to having a lot to do, including driving lessons, I feel like its all too much for me now but I know I just need to stick at it and keep my chin up.
Does anyone have any suggestions how I can look after my body and fit it in?
Hi to everyone that knows me, I?é??m sure you?é??re all doing great, you are strong women, bet youre all strutting your stuff on the beach now!

Hi AnneMarie!
I am pretty new here but I can say that if you can even fit in some moderate walking into your schedule that is a start.
I always park in the furthest parking stall there is when I run out to do errands. I walk the longest distance possible to restrooms or when at work to deliver anything to someone. Also wearing some hidden ankle weights might help if you can get some walking in.
Keep in mind the first 10 minutes of your day and the last 10 minutes of your day could include some stretching, yoga, situps, pull-ups, jumping jacks, or other stationary workout things as well.
Good luck - I know I am not that much help but sometimes anything is better then nothing!

Hi AnneMarie, I do remember you, it's good to see you back. When I worked in an office I used to walk at lunch time. I only had 30 minutes so I grabbed an apple and a 1/2 PB sandwich and ate it while I walked. I also had a small fanny pack that held a bottle of water so I at least got a mile an a half in every day. Also if you want to go to a gym it helps if you can go before work or if you can't toss your workout close in the car in the morning so you can stop at the gym before going home.
I'm glad you find a job, but you are right it is hard to fit in work and exercise especially if you have other commitments such as family.

1. Don't have rubbish in the home. (I only buy my hubby treats that I don't really care for). Use that money on yummy berries, figs, and if you are a salt freak, seaweed.
2. Take huge amounts of food with you to work. Eat your majority of calories between 8-3 o'clock. If you eat carbs, have them before 3.
3. When you get home, make a green juice with juicer. This will provide you with huge amounts of nutrition and help in two ways. Firstly, you will eat less supper, and secondly, it will slowly fill in whatever you lack. If you are topped up nutritionally, your cravings will almost vanish.
I'm a blabber mouth and have oodles to say. Look to my profile...I can go on and on....
