I sincerely hope I'm not the only one who starts eating particularly calorie-dense foods when the autumn becomes the winter. Obviously the holidays are synonymous with desserts and gravy-covered meat and such, but I mean just regular days where you can't stay out of the cashews or peanut butter or cheese slices. We could make excuses and say it's biologically hard-wired into us but in this era, the house is the same temperature all year round and even our cars have heaters in them. Seemingly obvious fixes aren't helping me much, things like drinking hot tea/coffee or eating baked potatoes/apples to kind of warm yourself from the inside out. What do you guys do to prevent gaining weight before Thanksgiving even GETS here? :rabbit:

Me too Ash, I'm a monster as soon as November hits, I'm hungry all the time! I've been fighting myself like crazy, no tips here besides the usual, I gain every year around this time.
