In general, eat lots of greens and fruits, whole fruits with skin in particular. Fish is always a safe bet, so long it's not fried. Some meat is fine as long as it's done healthily, not the oily fried stuff topped with cheese. Skip all fried food and fizzy drinks, they are not healthy anyway. Try drinking green tea or Chinese tea in place of coffee, and the occasional red wine, as they contain anti-oxidant. And importantly, maintain an overall clean n healthy lifestyle. As for healthy diet/recipes, just have to google and you'll find a ton of it to try out.

In addition, it's not just what we eat or not eat, but what we do and think about in our lives that help sustain us and make us healthier and live longer. Helping others, being involved in some noble cause, having a clear definite purpose in life to focus upon all help in getting our bodies and minds fit and strong. Look here http://www.calorierestriction.org (to live longer you need to restrict calories whilst meeting all your nutrition needs which means eating smarter, that website is a pointer at a community of individuals who do it, the 'calorie restriction society', their focus is living longer)
