This seems to be a regular recommendation on any fitness website. Fortunately, my job allows me to do this and I must say it has really made my life better. I'm never starving, hungry; and from what I hear it helps the metabolism quite a bit.
For example, I'll eat a somewhat larger breakfast (after all I haven't been eating for the past 8 hours); followed by a cup of cottage cheese at noon, then a turkey sandwich at 2:30, an apple at 4:00, oatmeal at 5:30, grilled chicken and green beans for dinner, etc, etc.
I know this is probably a challenge for most lifestyles and careers; but was curious who else follows these sorts of eating habits? How has it impacted your fitness goals?

thats what i'm currently doing and I agree I rarely feel hungry and I feel it works better than 3 big meals or whatever else
For breakfast I will have 1 corn tortilla with egg beaters, 2 pieces of veggie bacon, and maybe a small slice of a mango
1st snack will usually be an apple
lunch will be small piece of grilled chicken and grilled veggies
2nd snack will be either an oatmega protein bar or greek fage yogurt
dinner with usually be a small piece of fish and steamed veggies

| Sounds like you have a good plan going. Multi meals work for me too. I have a fairly rigorous weight training program, so two to three of my meals are a protein shake . Protein shakes keep me way up on energy level and never hungry. I use Walmart brand.
