I am on day 6 of my diet and I totally and completely messed up.  I was out with my kids and was sooooooooo hungry so I ate nuggets and fries!!!!  Then I came home and felt so bad about it that I just ate a small bowl of bran cereal for dinner.  I'm so disappointed in myself.  Tomorrow should I just restart at day 1 or go to day 7.  I've already lost 4 lbs. but was feeling a bit shaky and with no energy for the past few days??  I miss eating meals that have flavor!  Hope I didn't totally blow it!

You shouldn't be so tough on yourself. One thing I am learning on my journey is that you can do things like having chicken nuggets and fries every once in awhile as long as you don't make it a habit.

I ate my first chocolate chip cookie yesterday in like 6 months. Never beat yourself up over this or you'll go backwards.

Geez, it sounds like you are torturing yourself. You can lose weight but still eat good food. I've lost 20 pound over 2 months with just counting my calories (staying between 1900 and 2000 calories a day) and 20 minutes of exercise a day.

Starving yourself and not enjoying food is not going to lead to long term weight loss. So what if you ate nuggets and fries one day. Not a big deal.

I agree with everyone else you are being to hard on yourself. I would just get right back on the wagon. The only thing that will keep you from lossing weight is if you quit trying.
