Ok, made this today!
I took some of those healthy harvest whole grain egg noodles (that don't have any cholesterol in them)- about 1/2 bag, some carrots (cut up) and some frozen peas, and boil them in water until done.
Then I drained the noodles and veggies, and added one can of fat free cream of chicken soup, two tablespoons of omega 3 butter, one can of tuna (drained), and fat free milk. Then I mixed all together and added salt and pepper to taste.
This is how it looks so far:

Then, I put it in a casserole dish and top with a small amount of Parmesan cheese, reduced fat Cheddar cheese. This is what is looks like now:

Then I wanted more, so I added whole wheat saltines to the top (smashed up) and baked it in the oven for about 20 mins @ 350
This is the finished product....

Doesn't look very good, huh? Well this is what it looks like served up and ready to eat.

I found that this was to dry. So next time I will add a second can of fat free cream of chicken soup to it.
I also thought that it tasted allot like chicken pot pie. So, if you used chicken instead of tuna it would be awesome.

Wow, that looks good. I'm not a huge fan of tuna, but tuna casserole sure is yummy...
