There's so many different kinds, but I think avocado and tuna would taste good.
I haven't made this in a while, but I'm planning to so tomorrow..
Ingredients:
-A cup of cooked sticky rice
-A third of an avocado
-Half a can of tuna in water
-Roasted seaweed sheets
(Just guesstimating!!)
Steps:
1. Spread the rice on the seaweed sheets, in a wide line.
2. Line up slices of avocado down it evenly, on top.
3. Make a line of tuna.
4. Roll it up with one of those bamboo roller mats. (Or attempt to roll it up by hand?)
5. Cut them into 1cm slices.. Or if you're lazy, you can just eat it like a hot dog, lol!
6. Munch down!
Tastes good dipped in soy sauce!
Serves one!

Lol, here this is a pic of the mat thing:

You can probably get both of those from Asian supermarkets. That's where I get the tofu from too... My mom says the tofu tastes fresher from there than a regular grocery store, but I don't know if that's true.
I got the mat thing a long time ago, but I'm not sure if it's mandatory to make the rolls. It just helps you roll it up nicely.
Sometimes when I'm lazy, I don't even make it into a roll...
Like today, I just smacked some rice into the middle of the seaweed sheet, added some avocado on top, then just wrapped everything up messily. Ate it like a sandwich! Tasted just as good.
Kind of like a very sloppy version of this:

Ok, I got to say, that seaweed thing looks gross, lol. I don't know if I can find something like that here. I don't live close to any big cities, so I will see what walley world has next time I go.
I have got to give you credit for eating the way that you do. I don't think I would live long on what you eat, lol.
But, I am trying new things all the time, so we will see if I can stomach this roll.

Lol, it's better than it looks!
But some taste sooo much better than others. My favourite is the roasted & seasoned kind... I think the difference is that it's thinner, and salted - and yummier. I think the kind I have has 15 calories per 2 sheets, 0 fat, and 0 sodium. Or maybe it was 1g fat.. I can't remember at the moment.
