I thought I would share with some people one of my favorite ways to cook chicken. But i'd love to see how many other people cook theirs.
Stuffed spinach chicken:
Needed:
Skinless boneless chicken (B/S chicken)
Gorgonzola (cheese)
Hole leaf spinach (can be found in frozen isle)
1 baking pan
1 knife
Seasoning:
Salt
Pepper
Basil (optional)
Butter (optional
TIME: roughly 35 minutes.
PRE: Heat oven to 350-400
1) Defrost spinach. You can speed it up by placing the spinach in a strainer and breaking it up and washing it with water.
After it's defrosted season it with a pinch of salt (optional; to taste) pepper (to taste) and if you want basil (to taste).
2) Take B/S chicken slice it in half and place it in pan. Put a good amount of spinach into middle of chicken. Take some chopped gorgonzola and place it ontop of spinach (enough to lightly cover top of spinich) and place top half of chicken onto the spinach.
3) season top of chicken with a little more gorgonzola, pepper and a small slice of butter (optional).
Their you have it, fast, easy and a amazing main course meal. I often put chopped potatoes in the pan too seasoned with pepper, and basil (I love basil!)
If you want you can top with a little bit of spinich if you'd like. If you think something else would go good with this go ahead and say it; i'll try anything once!
I hope you understood everything I never really had to type out how to cook food I just do it.
EDIT: I'm sorry I don't know the nutrtion facts for this, but if your up for something different some night and want to try it tell me how it tastes!
