My big downfall is snacktime.  I have 2 delicious snacks to share!  The first one I created with my smoothie blender.

Apricot Icee....yummy!    Just buy a can of "lite" apricots, toss about 3-4 of the halves into the blender with some ice and a few packs of Equal or Slenda, and blend.  It is like a fancy tropical drink with under 100 calories!  mmmmm

Guilt free apple turnover: The next one I just created about 30 minutes ago.  I have one of those Sandwich Maker things that makes grilled cheese and such...well to took some wheat bread, sugar free apple pie mix, and cinnamon & sugar and made a tasty hot turnover type snack.  Just sprinkle some of the cinnamon & sugar on each slice, chop up the apples from the pie mix real small (serving is 1/3 cup) put it on one slice, sprinkle more cinnamon & sugar on the apples, put the other slice on, close the Sandwich maker and in one minute you have a wonderful, hot, little "pie"  only about 100 calories!  But you have to eat only half of it!  Save the other half for later!

Ooohhh!!  That apple thing sounds delish.  I will have to give it a try.  I don't have one of those sandwich makers but I got a toaster oven for Christmas.  I wonder if it will work in there.  I also wonder how long it would take to cook if you used a regular raw apple.

Food for thought.  Thanks for the ideas.

I guess I've taken "a bit from column A and a bit from column B" - for the last week or so I have been adding cinnamon to my  "frozen-fruit with Whey Protein powder" ice-cream smoothies. I started adding to frozen-apple smoothies but noticed it goes well with lots of different fruits. It even goes well in the frozen tomato smoothies (and yes, the artificial sweetner really is key for those)
