5 Minute Key Lime Pie
1/4 cup water
1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar free lime flavoured gelatin
2 containers (6 oz.) fat-free key lime pie yogurt
1 tub (8 oz.) fat-free Cool Whip
1 reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
In a microwave safe measuring cup, heat water on high until boiling. Whisk in gelatin until dissolved. In large bowl, whisk together gelatin mixture and yogurt. Fold in whipped topping. Carefully spread in crust. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set. Can use other kinds of gelatin and yogurt. 8 servings - 3 points per piece
I've heard of others, who have used raspberry or strawberry flavors, and then also added fresh fruit to the mixture.
